This Privacy Policy explains how SochQuant collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the SochQuant website, application, and related services.

1. Information we collect

account information, such as name, email address, password hash, account status, and plan information;
authentication and security information, such as login timestamps, IP address, device/browser information, and session records;
billing and payment information processed through payment providers;
usage information, such as pages viewed, features used, logs, errors, and analytics events;
strategy and research data, such as saved backtests, strategy settings, bot settings, reports, indicators, symbols, timeframes, and simulation results;
exchange integration data, such as exchange connection metadata, API key identifiers, encrypted API credentials where required, account balances/order data received through connected APIs, and trade/order history needed to provide the Service;
support communications, such as emails and messages sent to SochQuant.

Do not submit sensitive personal information unless required for use of the Service.

provide and operate the Service;

authenticate users and protect accounts;
provide backtesting, reports, bot configuration, and trading-related features;
process payments and manage subscriptions;

3. Exchange API credentials

If you connect an exchange account, API credentials may be stored and used to provide exchange-related features. We recommend using trading-only API keys, disabling withdrawals, using IP restrictions where available, and deleting keys that are no longer needed.

SochQuant should never require withdrawal permissions for ordinary strategy research or spot trading automation.

4. Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies, local storage, server logs, and analytics tools to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure usage, understand traffic, improve product quality, and protect the Service.

Where required by law, we will request consent for non-essential cookies or analytics.

5. Sharing information

exchanges and third-party integrations you connect;

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.

You may request deletion of your account data, subject to legal, security, billing, and operational retention requirements.
